North Valley Care Home is a residential assisted living home located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our adult group home is among some of the first facilities which opened in Arizona in 1993. We provide 24/7 supervisory care, personal care and direct care for 10 residents. We assist residents with all activities of daily living including medication management, grooming, eating, getting around, dressing, laundry, housekeeping and much more.
